By accessing or using CarScore AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CarScore AI is operated by CarScore AI ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
CarScore AI provides a free AI-powered vehicle deal analysis platform that helps users evaluate used car listings, including deal scoring, market value estimates, depreciation forecasts, maintenance cost estimates, and AI-generated buying summaries. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
3. Disclaimer of Accuracy
CarScore AI provides estimates based on available market data and algorithmic modeling. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Vehicle valuations and forecasts are estimates only and may not reflect actual transaction prices. You should independently verify all information before making any vehicle purchase decision.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account using email or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Advertising and Affiliate Links
The Service may display third-party advertisements and affiliate links to partners including financing, insurance, and vehicle history providers. We may receive compensation when you click or convert through these links. This does not affect the accuracy of our deal scores or analysis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, use automated scraping tools, resell Service data without consent, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all algorithms, data models, and content, is owned by CarScore AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with Marketcheck (vehicle data), OpenAI (AI analysis), Google (authentication, analytics, advertising), and Supabase (authentication). Your use of these is subject to their respective terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarScore AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
